We recently visited this hospital and would like to share my experience.The medical staff, including doctors special kumar varma sir and chandrashekar sir and nurses were highly professional, attentive, and compassionate throughout our stay.The hospital environment was clean, well-organized, and followed strict hygiene protocols, which made me feel safe.
Communication was clear and timely. I was regularly updated about the treatment plan and next steps.The administrative process was relatively smooth—from admission to discharge.

Excellent neonatal care for jaundice – bilirubin down from 22 to below 6 in 5 days. Senior Dr. Kumar Varma sir patiently answered all our questions.

• Our newborn 9 days baby had very high jaundice (bilirubin around 22), and we were very scared as parents.
• The doctors quickly started strong light treatment (phototherapy) and checked the jaundice levels every few hours.
• They clearly explained each step, so we understood what was happening all the time.
• The NICU was very clean, neat, and well maintained. It had good phototherapy machines and monitors, which made us feel confident.
• The nurses were kind, checked the baby’s vitals often, changed diapers on time, and helped with breastfeeding and expressed milk.
• They did not suggest unnecessary tests and clearly explained the costs and how many days treatment might take.
• Overall, the hospital treated our baby’s jaundice quickly and using the right methods.
• The staff also gave us a lot of emotional support in a very stressful time.
• Highly recommended for newborn jaundice and NICU care, especially if you want fast treatment, clear communication, and good hygiene.
They are maintaining all govt rules and regulations so the Cost looks little high when compared to all other children hospitals but final cost can be negotiable. Thanks 🙏 to Mr. AshwanKumar sir for providing negotiation on final bill.
